To get on this bicycle I had to lean it against the fence, climb up the fence and then drop myself on the seat. Stopping was a challenge at first but I figured it out pretty quickly!!

A 550 HP Corvette with drum brakes in the rear and high sidewall tires. Once you cooked the tires teh race was over so you had to drive real clean. A 1st place at the legendary SPA circuit is a very special feeling. With the open header exhaust and no window I almost lost my hearing that day...forgot my ear plugs!

In 1999 we still used the long track. Back in the woods and at top speed of 260 kph the car would literally take off as it had no downforce. A very hairy feeling at those speeds!

An epic FIA race with a 550 HP twin turbo 911 GT. After an hour in horrendous heat (70 deg in cockpit) I had to throw in the towel - dehydration. As I was recovering about an hour later our nr. 2 driver prematurely ended his stint. I only just managed the remaining 45 minutes till the checkered flag as reflexes faded. 9th place and best of the privateers.

With Graham Nash Motorsports I had my best drive yet at Daytona until the engine expired at 1:00 AM. We were leading our class at the time!
